Disposal of Surplus Property   

       Notice is hereby given that the Lafayette Airport Commission, hereinafter referred to as “LAC”, will receive sealed bids at the office of the Director of Aviation, Terminal Building, Lafayette Regional Airport, 200 Terminal Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana 70508, until 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 24, 2008,  for the disposal of LAC owned Surplus Property (see attached listing).  All bids submitted after that time will be discarded without notice. 

 On the outside of submitted seal bid, write the words “Surplus Bid”.

        The property listed for disposal will be made available for viewing and inspection by appointment ONLY.

 Monday, Wednesday or Friday   @    7:00 - 8:00 a.m.    Or    3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

         The sale will be awarded to the bidder, determined by the Director of Aviation, to have made the highest bid, and that determination shall be final.  The successful bidder acknowledges and agrees that:
